Nowhere Cinema is a pop-up theater in Richmond, VA. Started in April 2025, Nowhere is a creative outlet for us weirdo movie lovers. You can expect fun, bizarre, and challenging films, thoughtfully paired by similar themes or the same director.

For our regular screenings, we use a pay-what-you-can model with a $6 minimum. Tickets help us pay the licensing fee to our film distributors. Want to come to a movie but can't swing the ticket right now? Shoot us an email, and we'll make sure you can go.

We believe in the accessibility of subtitles for every movie. our theater spaces, Studio Two Three and Richmond Public Library Main, are also ADA-friendly, and you're welcome to bring your own chair to maximize comfort.

Any film we screen with potential triggers will be highlighted on our event registration pages with content warnings.
