We've loved spending the last few months watching animated films from around the world, but we thought it'd be cool to bring you one from home. My Entire High School Sinking Into the Sea was made by Richmond's own Dash Shaw. Beyond his first film here, Dash also released Cryptozoo in 2021 (it's a wild trip) and has written several comics/graphic novels (including I Like Swimmers, his new book released at the end of August). We're so excited to have Dash join us for our Saturday Morning Cartoons screening and stick around for a Q&A after the film. Also--those in attendance will get a very cool surprise at the screening.
